London Funeral Floristry
Through our network of trusted local florists, we hand-compose funeral wreaths, casket sprays, sympathy bouquets and graveside tributes for services held across every London borough — from Westminster, Mayfair and Kensington in central London, through Camden, Islington, Hackney and Tower Hamlets in the inner city, out to Greenwich, Lewisham, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Richmond and the boroughs at the edge of the M25.
Every piece is composed in season and on the morning of the service — never the evening before — and the florist who arranges the tribute is the one who carries it, by hand, in unbranded packaging, to the venue. Our partner florists attend the major cemeteries and crematoria of the capital — the Magnificent Seven (Highgate, Brompton, Kensal Green, Nunhead, Abney Park, West Norwood, Tower Hamlets), Honor Oak and Mortlake crematoria, Putney Vale, Eltham, City of London, Golders Green — and hold trade accounts with funeral directors across the city, from Rotherhithe to Westminster.
For services within central London, same-day delivery is available before 13:00; inner London boroughs before 12:00; outer London boroughs by next morning. For bespoke commissions, twenty-four hours is comfortable for most pieces and forty-eight for casket work. Every commission is held by one florist from first conversation to delivery — a single point of contact, a single hand, a single composition arriving quietly at the venue.
Whether you are arranging flowers for a state, civic or military service at Westminster Abbey, a private cremation at Honor Oak, a graveside tribute at Highgate, or a hand-tied posy delivered to a home in NW3 the morning after a difficult conversation — Sympathy Flowers London is the network behind the composition, and the florist behind the door.

London & Surroundings
Our network of trusted local florists hand-delivers across every borough of Greater London — through Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Camden, Islington, Hammersmith & Fulham, Wandsworth, Lambeth, Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Greenwich and the City — in unbranded packaging, by people trained to step quietly into a difficult day.
Outer Greater London — Richmond, Kingston, Sutton, Bromley, Croydon, Bexley, Havering, Redbridge, Enfield, Barnet, Harrow and Hillingdon — is served the following day by a small partner network we have personally trained.
Our work spans the full register of London ceremony — from formal services at Westminster Abbey, St Margaret's and the Inner Temple to private cremations at Mortlake, Honor Oak, Putney Vale and Eltham. We compose for graveside services across the Magnificent Seven cemeteries — Highgate, Brompton, Kensal Green, Nunhead, Abney Park, West Norwood and Tower Hamlets — and for memorial gatherings in chapels, livery halls and private homes from Mayfair to Dulwich.
We are practiced in the protocols of every major London faith and tradition — Anglican, Roman Catholic, Greek and Russian Orthodox, Jewish (including Liberal, Reform and Orthodox observance), Muslim, Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist and humanist — and adjust palette, composition and delivery timing to the requirements of each. Our florists carry NHS trust identification accepted across all London hospitals and hold standing arrangements with Marie Curie, St Christopher's and the Royal Trinity Hospice.
A florist is on call twenty-four hours, every day of the year — for short-notice bereavements, Sunday and bank holiday services, and the small tributes that need to arrive in the hours after a difficult phone call. Trade accounts are available to any London funeral director, with consolidated monthly invoicing, a single point of contact, and on-site placement and retrieval at the venue. From a hand-tied posy slipped through a letterbox to a metre-and-a-half casket spray composed at the chapel itself, every piece carries the same standard of work.
For families, friends and colleagues outside the United Kingdom — sending tributes from abroad to a London service — we coordinate timing, placement and card hand-writing on your behalf, in plain or formal register, and confirm delivery with a discreet photograph from the venue. We operate in English, French, Italian and Spanish, with translators available on request for ten further languages.
