The price you see on our website is the price the family pays — there is no third party between you and the florist who composes the piece. You order directly. We deliver directly.

No. Sympathy Flowers London delivers funeral tributes to every funeral home, crematorium and cemetery in Greater London — independents, family-run firms, large national chains and council-run venues alike. You order from us; we deliver to the venue your funeral director chooses.
Tell us the funeral director's name, address and the time of the service. Our florist arrives 30 to 60 minutes ahead of the cortège, hands the tribute to the funeral home staff or places it directly on the casket according to your wishes, and steps quietly aside before the family arrives.
Yes. We arrive ahead of the service, place pieces according to your wishes (or the funeral home's floor plan), retire discreetly during the ceremony, and return afterwards if you would like the flowers collected for a graveside, reception or family home.
Up to a metre and a half is standard. Beyond that, we build the spray on a frame at the venue itself, an hour before service, with two florists and a sealed water source.
Yes. We work with a heraldic ribbon-maker in Soho. Lead time is two days for printed sashes, ten days for embroidered or appliquéd insignia.
A piece composed for a postponed service is held in our cold room for up to forty-eight hours at no charge, or rebuilt for the new date with a partial credit applied. We will coordinate the new delivery directly with the funeral director.
